Terms of Service
Effective July 2026
1. What OrderScrape is
OrderScrape is a subscription service that reads order confirmation and shipping emails from email accounts you connect, and organizes that information into dashboards: orders, shipments, inventory, sales, expenses, and profit.
OrderScrape is read-only. It does not place orders, log into retailer websites, send email from your accounts, or modify your mailboxes.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
You must only connect email accounts that you own or are explicitly authorized to access. Connecting mailboxes you do not have the right to access is a violation of these terms and grounds for immediate termination.
3. Billing
OrderScrape costs $5 per month, or $50 per year if you choose annual billing. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your account page. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
4. Affiliate program
Subscribers receive a referral link. When a new customer signs up through your link and pays, you earn 20% of every payment they make while they remain subscribed.
Commissions become available for cashout 30 days after the payment that earned them (to cover refunds and chargebacks), and can be withdrawn once your balance reaches $20. Self-referrals, misleading promotion, and spam are prohibited and forfeit accrued commissions.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use OrderScrape to violate any law, to access data you are not authorized to access, to resell or redistribute the service, or to probe, disrupt, or overload our systems.
6. Your data
You own your data. We process the contents of connected mailboxes only to extract order-related information and display it to you. See the Privacy Policy for details on what we store and how credentials are protected.
If you cancel, you can export your data first. We may delete your stored data after your subscription ends.
7. Disclaimers
OrderScrape is provided "as is". Retailers change their email formats without notice, so we cannot guarantee that every order will be detected or parsed correctly. Numbers shown in dashboards (including profit) are informational and are not financial, tax, or accounting advice.
OrderScrape is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer named on this site, or by AYCD.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
